Mostra is a platform that lets artists publish and sell their work, and lets collectors discover and acquire it. You are responsible for what you upload, sell, and say on the platform.
You need an account to follow artists, save works, message, or sell. You must be at least 16. One person, one account. Keep your credentials safe.
You may only list original work you own and have the right to sell. You set your own prices. You own your collector relationships. Mostra never takes a commission on sales.
Monthly and annual plans are non-refundable, including for unused time. You can cancel any time from your account and keep access until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription ends with no further charges.
Purchases are between you and the artist. Mostra issues a certificate of authenticity for each sale. Disputes about shipping, condition, or refunds are resolved with the artist first.
No hate, no harassment, no impersonation, no stolen work, no illegal goods. We can remove content and accounts that break these rules.
Mostra is provided as is. We do our best to keep the platform up and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be perfect.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will let you know in advance by email or in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
