About the work.

Parisian Green (Marianne's Study) is one of my most complex, yet simultaneously one of the most beautiful works I have ever created. Its symbolism is intimately tied to the interpretation of the beholder. The painting harbors a story: that of a 23-year-old in Paris—one of the capitals of global art—experiencing the radiance of luxury, harmony, and extravagance, alongside the discovery of new scents, colors, and flavors. He is accompanied by a friend who guides, supports, and helps him navigate this world; a world that, from Chile, once felt profoundly distant. This, in essence, is what Verde París represents to me.
