The work
About the work.
Inspired by Antony Gormley's Another Place at Crosby Beach, which I visited in 2025. One solitary figure stands inside a retro frame, with flashes of bold colour representing individuality amongst the monochrome. This piece invites you to linger on the silhouette, and question whether the figure is approaching or receding into the horizon. It is a quiet meditation on finding one's own light within a vast, muted landscape.
