The work

About the work.

A boy in a grey jacket waits at a bus stop, leaning against a dark post with his headphones on and his face left blank, outlined in white against a muted teal background, with a touch of yellow at the collar. The city's noise is all around him, and he turns it down. In his music he can be exactly who he wants to be. [All paintings are delivered framed in a slim, modern natural-wood frame (approx. 2 cm profile). Wood tone and grain vary slightly from frame to frame.]
