The work
About the work.
Color Studies is a series of fifteen paintings exploring color through the recurring motif of flowers arranged in vessels. Moving between vivid contrasts and softer tonal harmonies, the works examine how shifts in palette transform mood, rhythm, and perception. Repetition becomes a structure for experimentation, allowing each composition to develop its own chromatic atmosphere. The series was presented as part of Evelina’s exhibition in Paris in July 2026.
