About the work.

Miradas is a very personal photograph for me. The image was created by projecting multiple eyes directly onto my own body, allowing those gazes to become part of the skin and transform the body itself. The repetition of the eyes creates an ambiguity that I find particularly interesting, the viewer looks at the photograph, but at the same time, dozens of eyes seem to look back at them. The boundary between observer and observed begins to blur. In the end, one question remains: who is really looking at whom?
